Due to the instantly downloadable nature of digital information, all report sales and data purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment

• Other circumstances determined at our sole discretion

Custom research projects, consulting engagements, subscriptions, and advisory services may be subject to separate written agreements and payment terms.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase and should include:

• Customer name

• Order number

• Date of purchase

• Reason for request

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Truck Trailer Insights reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
